Instructions

Log in - access your workspace on the Opus 2 platform (we recommend using Google Chrome)
Open - the relevant daily transcript within the ‘Transcripts’ tab
Ensure volume is turned up
Double click on any sentence to play synchronised audio in line with the transcript

Please note that synchronised audio turnaround times are dependent on the volume of requests being processed by our Production team. Each recording must be reviewed and formatted to ensure that any off-the-record discussions are removed and that the final files are fully accessible and playable.
