IT Check
If you have not received the final transcript via email, please first check your junk or spam folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered by internal security systems.
If the email cannot be located, you may need to ask your IT team to whitelist the following Opus 2 email domains to ensure transcript emails are not quarantined by your organisation’s firewall:
- opus2international.com
- opus2.com
Whitelisting these domains will help ensure that future transcript emails from the Opus 2 Production team are delivered successfully.
