Follow Presenter
When a document reference is called out during the hearing, the EPE Operator will display the requested document in a clean format on the EPE screen, ensuring that no private notes or annotations are visible.
The Follow Presenter feature works in a similar way but with one key difference. It allows your screen to automatically follow the documents being presented by the EPE Operator, while showing your own version of the document that includes any personal notes or annotations you have made.
Viewing your own version of the document allows you to instantly access your notes and annotations, helping you quickly recall key points and respond confidently during the hearing. It ensures you can analyse discussions within your prepared context without switching screens or losing focus.
The Follow Presenter feature must be enabled on the platform before it can be used. Please reach out to the Case Management team for further details or assistance.
