Summary

Our Reporting team require access to case documents to enable them to prepare for the hearing. Please see further information below as to what is required.

Case Documents

Our Reporting team would be extremely grateful if they could be provided with the following:

  • Dramatis Personae and a Glossary of Terms via email (if applicable).
  • Parties’ Skeleton Arguments if they are available.
  • Opening Submissions
  • Documents contained within a bundle that could be referenced (i.e. core hearing bundle, authorities bundle, etc.)

It is preferable to provide more information than less, as gaps may disrupt proceedings if the Court Reporter must request references during the hearing.

All materials will be treated with strict confidentiality, but we kindly ask parties not to underestimate the importance of the indicated documents to the reporters.

This material will enable our Reporting team to prepare their dictionary (with unfamiliar names and terminology, which are specific to the case) prior to the hearing and will also assist greatly in the swift production of the final transcript and overall accuracy.
